promotion bht he rapid hti hai mtlb punjab police ke muqable mn jaldi,,,,3 saal bd jpo se apo,,aur maximum 5 saal bd apo se po,,,,police mn tou 10 saal promotion nae hti,,,mdcal sab se end mn hta hai afetr interview,,,dear facilities kch nae mlti just pay hai 23000

JPO ka physical test kb tak expected ha ?
And physical test MOTORWAY PLACE par ho ga k diferent place of Any district par ho Ga ?
Dear koi planing share karo jis say running complete ho jaye q k ap nay 6 month training complete ki han na stamina to bana ho ga na.

Hmari dafa test motorway ne khd liya tha is dafa test nts le rha hai so nts ki apni jaga ho gi,,,bro hamesha shuru mn ahista bhago aik dam speed na pakro jab darmayan mn jao tab full speed bhago yh best technique hai

Dear if u r a sport man then runing is not a big deal otherwise it will be a difficult task for you and without practice u can not complete it
here are some suggestions 1st of all m.cycle pr 1.6km mesurement kro then daily mobile pr stop watch on kr k running kia kro
