Just forward a complaint to:
The Honourable Chief Justice,
Supreme Court of Pakistan,
Constitution Avenue,
Islamabad

and also CC to:
Chairman, NAB,
Chairman Competition Commission of Pakistan

All such applications are moved to Human Rights Cell of Supreme Court and dealt accordingly

I also applied but never contacted or called by them ,for complain we havnt any SABOOT so how we logged the complain?

Not only you but no body was contacted. This is clear-cut violation of merit despite meeting the minimum eligibility criteria they still not called anyone for interview or test and now they are saying all posts are already filled. Dial Competition Commission of Pakistan Number (+92) 51-9100260-3 and record your protest.

Nothing is new to me, I have been witnessing such events for past 5 years now. No merit is considered anymore, esp. in the hiring process that is conducted by the departments themselves. We should write letters to the Chief Justice of all courts of law or maybe involve the media.
