Malaika did they suggested you to apply for upcoming CSS exam at the end of interview? Actually one member of panel suggested me to apply for CSS 2016 .I think they were advising all candidates same

yes they did. They said css is a better option for you.
I wonder why?

Malaika your interview was at Peshawar center on 15th ?? I guess they were suggesting all candidates to apply for CSS as a matter of courtesy or may b a few whom they considered a better fit

No i am from Quetta, the interview was held on 12th October.
I was the last candidate for interview, and i think i was the only one whom they asked to apply for css. The rest of the candidates just talked about the questions during the interview.
Are you planning to apply for css then?

malikah and inam here i conclude two things as they suggested you both for css,,they may have observed a spark in you and deem fit for css and the other it might be a psychometric test

yes i am, but unfortunately it is difficult for me to manage along with the job like that of banking .
