Its not about being worried for the future. We need to know the details to make a decision. I mean is it worth it to leave my current job ( iam.a lecturer 18 grade).
So all these questions are to make an informed decision :)

Brother it does not make any sense to leave your current job.
When I visited NSC to gain some info, the officer next to in charge advised me and my friend to try our luck in lecturer posts. He was of the view that teachers had very good salaries with a quite easy job.

if u are a permanent lecturer bs 18 then I would advise you not to join as NSO as it is purely banking job and to be very honest hectic also.I have 2 years experience of working in banking sector so I would rather advise you to continue with your lecturership.
