ek female candidate ek hi seat ke liay (eg. BPS-9) apnay aur apnay husband ke domicile district se 2 application forms send kr skti he??? 2 forms 2 test centres????

No one can say YES or No. Its the responsibility of each District's DCO and Selection Committee to increase or decrease at or before final selection.

No. The FEMALE candidate can apply only on the basis of the hubby's domicile district. Also mention it in the application form and other related info about the husband's name, district etc.
But, female can apply for as many seats as she is eligible for. Test day and Centres for each post will be according to her husband's domicile's district.

I have make a call to NTS help line they told me that B.Com can not apply

so best of luck every one(You can solve your queries through help line they are very cooperative)
