Yes I completely endorse this idea. Things vary case to case. But Faith in Allah and His blessings actually create the difference. May Allah bestow success upon all of us.

Well agreed that it depends on the interviewer but in my opinion, they are generally less interested in what you will get by getting the job, instead they are more interested in what you will give to the organization. You can say it "consideration"; means, instead of I, one should focus on "we" in the interview. I mean to say he should emphasize on how we could work for the organization.
I am only discussing it because some of our brothers and sisters are still to give their interviews. So, its up to them what they feel good is good for them.

Yes the interviews from Punjab which had to be conducted at Lahore have been concluded and the interview process from Sindh is in progress while the candidates from Balochistan and KPK are yet to be interviewed. And towards the conclusion of the complete interview process , last interviews are scheduled to be held at Islamnad on May 5th and 6th. Few from Punjab are to be interviewed there who had their interviews on 21st of April but were postponed owing to Chinese president's visit. Only after that we may start expecting receiving letter or call for selection .
