Don't get misguided by academies. get prepared yourself. purchase GRE big book and solve the questions.

i have researched on it, in 2013 LDA jobs were announced and its merit can be seen NTS old list at google, main factor is the 35 numbers of academics which makes a wide difference, and CGPA instead of marks, so one should achieve 90 + marks in NTS to be prominent

Nope, experience is not necessary at least for Assistant Director (General Cadre). But, they have written that experience will be preferred that is obvious. Means, inexperienced ones can also apply surely.
