Government Job and Security clearance

if one got security form for the job in Autonomous organization e.g NESCOM and during the security clearance time period if one got job in other government organization like WAPDA.whether he join WAPDA or wait for NESCOM or if joined WAPDA but when he received security clearance after 1 year , how can he join NESCOM ?

No problem, at first instance he can join WAPDA and when gets clearance for NESCOM (even after one year), he can join NESCOM.
