computer literate is must,so it means that we need to have a diploma in computer courses?

or any other short course diploma?is diploma necessary?

Certificate in Ms Office is enough for that !

I even don't have certificate in MS Office, now am I eligible?i know how to work on Microsoft office but don't have any diploma or certificate

don't panic, they didn't ask for any certificate ! you can apply without any certificate as well !
