I am on Top of the Marks. But I 'm not too sure about selection Process.

So Merit is expected ahead or ??? and what post did you applied sir

My Experience with NTS tests have been good. But something during the selection is wrong afterwards. I had obtained top marks in tests in 2012. There were interviews but nothing else. :0:0

Something is wrong with the system in Pakistan.......

@ Start101: I agree. In my opinion, if recruitment is made on merit, SMEDA will go for most relevant and closest experience and the hometown/location of the candidate. In case you do have SMEDA experience, then you should feel very comfortable.Kindly do share, when you get the interview call.

What is the Grading system in SMEDA like what will be Grade/BPS for RBC or Assistant Manager (BDS) and what kind of relevant experience they require ? relevant to the qualification required or relevant to the post advertised ? because very few would be having relevant experience of the post advertised because there are very few opportunities in Private sector for such jobs...

Depends on how many candidates above you belong to Sindh. If your marks lie within 3 toppers from Sindh, then i think you have a fair chance of being called for interview. CNIC Nos. of Sindh start with digit '4'.
