AA,
Today I call to HR department for updates. They tell me that degrees of officer candidates ate sent to relevant universities for attestation. When they receive response from all universities than PESCO issue offer letter to selected candidates. they didn't tell me about the selected candidates list.
interviews of staff candidates is under process and scheduling of interviews is finalizing and with in 8 or 10 days interviews are started.

Thanks brother. Do you know about staff grade merit criteria? Is it based on NTS only or academic will be counted?

Thanks for sharing information. Kindly ask aggregate calculation criteria from HR. Academics will be counted or not?

Does anybody have any authentic information regarding criteria of ultimate selection procedure for staff grade positions and in this context how will they (Pesco) prepare final merit list???

Interview may start in first week of september for staff grades.

The final selection is based on Academics+NTS+Experience. I think hiring is on merit Insha Allah.

what are the wieghtages ???
experience was not even demanded in staff grades so how can it be a set criterion?
