but it is not a fraud or scam my cousin is a helpeducation scholar and she is studying in technical university Munich Germany after receiving this scholarship

I have clearly stated that everyone is free to decide on his/her own, but for me they are fake.

I have called them from my office, a girl receive my call i ask her few questions she got confused, she assume i am calling from sensitive department, i can't share few more details i wish i could.

Any Organisation which offers scholarship normally have office but this is an private academy - according to that girl - and they are offering scholarship from Metric to M Phil, which if baffling for me.

I have never seen any genuine scholarship offering university have ask to pay processing fee if you have any example please correct me.

But you are free to follow your path,i am not stopping you all i am doing is sharing my experience.

sure I can give you some examples
insead MBA is a scholarship to study in various countries I applied for that and at the end of application they demanded me to deposit €100 fee
TU Delft offers scholarship under Erasmus mundus program they also charge 100 euro for every application
HEC Paris MBA is another example
I don't know who are they and what are they doing but if they are helping some one in real then you should not discourage students. Its better to ask them all details and then discuss it .
