Shall we enter CNIC without dashes in box?
If NOT in list then what appears on screen, the screen comes to same position?

yes, if not selected, screen reappear at previous position. But if you want to confirm, check cut off merit from your province and your subject field. if your HAT score is below cut off merit, you are not selected BUT if your HAT score is above cut off merit then fill complain letter and send it to HEC.

Thanks a lot. I believe it was HAT Score plus academic credentials both that made up the final score. Do you know how to calculate the final score by calculating the weightages?

Dear sadam baloch, this merit criteria shows the cutoff marks for what, HAT test or Final Merit (which combine degree percent + Test Marks)

well, i believe it was just HAT Score on which merit has been finalized. because Firstly 2012 and 2014 result was based on just GAT score not combined. and 2ndly, if it was combined in 2016, then cut off merit value would be in decimal not whole number. like if someone has accademic aggregate 71 and HAT 60. then 50% of accademic would be 35.5 plus 50% of HAT would be 30, making the net score 65.5 combinely. AND no such value exist in cut off merit list. Thirdly see Aghaz e hkok result, it was on combine marks basis and it has values in decimals. still you can confirm it from HEC by sending email on
indigenous2015@hec.gov.pk
