Yes, but they have permanent jobs over here already. Even if we get Fulbright, we have to come back to Pakistan and spend 2 years over here (in case of M.Sc) and most likely struggle with jobs etc.

you will serve 5 years for your country after completion of degree, and then it depend on you, whether you want to stay here, or want move to US again. By the way this program is really very Great, and after doing Phd in US universities, you will no need to do struggle for any job, everyone will say welcome to you,

Once you come back, it is very hard to go there again. They won't give you a work visa easily just because you have a Fulbright msc/phd because most jobs require citizenship/permanent residence and lots of work experience. But anyway, good thing in Fulbright is that they place students in top universities and it is fully funded, the name is quite prestigious as well. Also, it does change people forever in a good way as ones mind broadens.
