I have made a mistake in filling up the form for nts test. In the blank for my name I just entered my first name and in place of my father's name I entered my last name. I just saw it today in the online result. What should I do now? Any suggestions?

i have got 61 marks and standing at 20th number in agriculture field...
i had applied for MS
is there any chance for me?
and what is the next process ?
