Default Indigenous PhD Fellowship Stamp papers
Hi, I have been provisionally selected for the Indigenous PhD Fellowship. Now I have to send documents to HEC by March 2018. For Deed of Agreement I have to buy stamp papers of total value 100 rupees, there are five pages in agreement that means each stamp paper of 20 rupees value. I have searched everywhere in my district but unable to find 20 rupee stamp paper. So, Can I use stamp papers of any other value say each stamp paper of 100 rupee value? means total value of 500

Yes! You can. Photocopy that deed on a stampt paper of any value (Rs. 30, 50 or 100), fill that up with the witnesses' particulars and sign it in front of an Oath Commissioner. That Oath Commissioner will properly register the deed with a phtocopy kept for his record, to be returned to the relevant quarters. Here, you're done. Congrats and good luck!
