Red face Scholarship for physically challenged/Disabled students

I want to know the financial support program or some scholarship for disabled person to take admission in Mphil English Literature. I am from Rwp/pak. I'd applied to Indigenous scholarship last year and couldn't make it. I even tried emailing (As I cant go and meet em personally) HEC and various universities in Isb if they are offering any fee concessions; but they didnt replied.
Can any of you guide me plz.
