Proof of language proficiency and what is the,, Proof of language proficiency and their translations in the language of the selected study programme or in Hungarian?? IS IELTS required for this???

You need to fill both forms on HEC portal and Hungaricum stipendium scholarship program.
Step 1
You need to make a profile on HEC portal first and will have to upload the following documents on HEC portal and fill out the application form online. Following documents are required by HEC (soft copy i.e. scanned)
CNIC, Passport copy, copy of domicile, all educational documents, statement of application(upto 1000 words) and a cover letter.
You need a deposit 300 rupees through a normal bank deposit slip in any of the HBL branches in Pakistan. HEC account details are provided on the advertisment. After completing the HEC profile and uploading all the doucments, you need to upload a scanned copy of bank deposit slip as well.

Step 2
You will have a make an online account on Hungaricum stipendium website. For that, you have to complete the profile by filling out their application form. You can select upto 3 universities of your choice depending on the course you opt to study for. They will ask you to upload all educational documents, passport copy, CV europas format, motivational letter, medical certificate from any govt hospital (AIDS, Hepatitis A,B,C), English language proficiency certificate, passport size photo.

Step 3

You will have to appear in test conducted by HEC in their regional offices. Business and engineering students appear in GAT A, arts and humanities in GAT B, and medical and biology students in GAT C. Test compromises of maths, logical and analytical reasoning, verbal reasoning. Competition is pretty high so you need to score above 70 to be on the safe side so that you get shortlisted for the scholarship porgram.

Step 4:
After nomination from both hungaricum stipendium program and HEC, you will apply for visa. For that purpose you will need a police certificate, matric and inter degrees attested from IBCC and MOFA. You may require IELTS, depending upon the requirement on the university.

All educational expenses are paid. You may either get housing OR 85K hungarian Forint (equivalent to 35k pkr) as a stipend for housing.

Stipendium Hungaricum Scholarship Programme
When I search for MS electrical or electronics engineering, only one University shows up. HEC has mentioned that you can select only the program mentioned in HEC form, which has electrical and electronics included. Only one University is offering electrical engineering in Hungary?
