In foreign scholarships most of the time they don’t consider the division!
In case of Pakistan ONE-Second division is permissible throughout academic career!

By IPC i mean ipc chinese government scholarships, whose applications are currently being invited by the NTS. For further information please visit NTS website.

IPC: Interprovincial coordination. IPC scholarships are offered every year by Chinese government to the students of Pakistan and test is conducted by NTS.

Can an engineering graduate apply on different fields other than engineering for NTS test? Inshort can engineers apply for social sciences category? Anyone did this last year?
