I have gone through whole thread regarding improvement of GAT Score. Opinion always differ from person to person and it is not necessary for u ppl to get agree with me.
All tips get fail in GAT if you have not done sufficient practice in math and analytical portion. It is just easy to say to eliminate the wrong choice but question arises how to judge d wrong choice . It is only possible if u r equip with solid concepts. English portion is comparatively quite technical. Neither so easy no difficult but i think cramming does work there. Very briefly, hard work for at least 2 months is required. Gud Luck every body. |

Tips and tricks
I completely agree with Rana G.
The most important point is to proper time allocation. Time maintenance requires practice. Last time I appeared in GAT and felt happy that I can solve all the questions. but I could not maintain time. So I could not solve all questions. My advice is to keep a sharp eye on time also. |

My Strategy
I am here sharing my strategy which might be helpful for someone.
I use rough paper for analytical questions. First of all I read the question and draw a sketch of points given in the question. Then I write the conditions/ situation provided in the question. The sketch will present a clear picture before you, and you will be in a position to solve the question If someone really want, i can explain it with the help of a question. |

@ silver heart
Cramming does play a role for learning second language. But vocabulary can be improved by listening English news, picking every new word and then using it in your daily conversation.
