Default Anyone in the froum applying for HEC overseas scholarship

I got 73 marks in recent GAT held on 07-08-11. I want to apply for HEC overseas as well as indigenous scholarship. Is there anyone else in the forum who is applying for that? My fields of interest are fine arts, mass media and English literature.

I have some questions for those who have availed this scholarship.
What is the merit and merit criteria?
Can I apply for all three fields?
Should I apply separately as just single application is accepted for a student?
Will HEC select the University for the candidate or the candidate herself seeks admission in the university?

Please reply.

laila, I intend to apply but am little indecisive at the moment, as I am awaiting CSS result as well. So, it kinda depends on CSS written result. But will be more than happy to keep myself in this thread.

i hav also got 73 marks and im applying for 90 % scholarships...the merit is on the basis of GAT score. The candidate has to himself choose and seek admission in the university...

Default Guidance needed!

I have scored 76 marks with 99.45 percentile in july 9 GAT General. My field is agri and veternary sciences (Forestry major) and intend to persue MPhil in natural resource management. I am finding it difficult to make a research proposal because of non availabilty of a standard format . Besides, i have been selected in Gov't Service so will I be eligible for HEC scholarship? Please guide and oblige!
