Brother its simple when you didn't feel the progress of your application...then it might be thrown to the nearby store in the HEC office to be dealt in spare time and hence it takes much time. Same happened with one of my friends.

I have not asked much... but your stippened from joining date will be refunded.. then you have to submitt an application to refund fees with challan forms. for half a year in refunds got almost 100k

What monthlty stipend HEC had paid you dear? Because I asked serveral time from HEC that have they increased the stipend from 10K...They said NO...
