Hey Brainy:)
Nice info bro:) Thanks
Well, a quick question, let me know the life of a GRE test, 5 years right? So if one has nice scores back in 2010 can apply for 2014 intake, right? SE |
GRE scores Valid upto 5 years. If you have given GRE in 2010 and you're satisfied with your scores then you don't need to attempt GRE again.
Simply go to the GRE website, Login your account and there will be an option of Reporting Scores in your account. Report your score to USEFP after paying a fee to ETS. I guess its $25US per score reporting. USEFP Code is 9388 that you have to enter before reporting scores. Good Luck! |

query
hi
can any one tell me books to prepare for it and how to start preparation please do inform about it soon |
what is upcoming date for GRE test?
I checked out the ETS website but could not find any information about test centers and dates in Pakistan. please share the details if someone has any information about it. |
Please do not study from the GRE big book it is a waste of effort....GRE has changed a lot since August 2011 and since then the big book is now an outdated source of preparation...moreover there is no single book for preparation...use multiple books such as barrons, kaplan, princeton review and wahtever you can get...GRE has now become seriously difficult and you must work very hard to get a decent score...Good luck!
You will have to signup on the ETS website and make an account first if you want to search for test dates in Pakistan...you can register for it at www.ets.org/gre GRE general test is the basic requirement for scholarships and admissions to U.S. Subject test is only required by some specific programs so before you give that please check with your prospective university if they need a subject test as well The GRE is held 4 days a week from Monday to thursday throughout the year...so practically you can get a test date anytime you want...however march-may is a rush period so get your self registered early. |
