Can any one please answer my queries?

1. what are the steps for the preparation of the documents named deed of agreement, Gurantee, decleration of asset.

2. what is the procedure for police cleence certitcate?

3. What is the step for medical certificate?

Answer Q1:
Go to the local courts (Kachayri) and purchase the required stamp paper (Domination Rs. 30, Rs 50 or Rs 100) and then go to a photocopy shop and tell them to print the specimen (Apnay sath print lay kr jana) given by HEC onto the stamp paper. Then go to any notary public and bargain with him (On price) and get them attested from him ... Remember to ask the Notary Public to write "Register No." on the stamp paper at the time of attesting

Your docs are prepared. Now you fill them up, sign them and get the witnesses sign them as well ..

Also remember one has to get the photocopy of papers of property in "declaration of asset" attested as well ...

I went today and got the following docs prepared:
Declaration of Assets (Rs. 30 Stamp)
Clarification of Financial Soundness (Rs. 30 Stamp)
Deed of Agreement (Rs. 50 Stamp)

Was unable to find any Rs. 15 or Rs 60 Stamp

I have no idea, will go the local police station in the evening to find out how to get this certificate

Bhai apnay kissi bhi doctor dost/relative say kaho keh bana day (one who is working in govt sector hospital)

I only have number of Mr. Zia Ur Rehman from the emails he has sent me ... All those who applied for South Korea were asked to correspond with Mr. Zia in case we have any queries regarding South Korea .. Other then that I dont have any number


Have you tried emailing the project director??? (Email given in advertisement)

I talked to Mr. Zia in regards to non availability of Rs. 15 and Rs. 60 stamp ... He said we should get a stamp of higher domination .. Meaning in place of Rs. 15, you can use Rs. 30, Rs.50 or Rs.100 stamp and in place of Rs. 60 one can use Rs.100 stamp .. It would be acceptable by HEC

I talked to Mr. Zia about SKKU ... He said that I should have informed HEC earlier about which university I was preferring ... and now that provisional award letter has been issued it is best that I proceed to Hanyang University as for SKKU provisional award letter must be cancelled which is a hassle


Also those who have received email from SKKU MUST complete the requirements of the university before the deadline so that the university can issue them admission letter and then the HEC will process their cases

2. HEC wants us to submit medical report and police clearance certificate, also, we need these documents for visa process... What to do? Will HEC accept photocopies of these documents?

South Korea's website does not stated the requirement of medical report and police clearance certificate for visa processing. Also the email from Mr. Zia regarding admission being granted also did not specify the above mentioned documents as requirement at the time of visa application. Will contact embassy tomorrow for clarification on this issue. You should call Mr Zia for answer to the second part of your question.
