Yes MBA and Business graduates can apply..........it is not compulsory that you are faculty member of any university right now

Anybody can apply but remember if SELECTED and after completing MS/PHD you will have to serve in any UET in Pakistan for 5 years (UET will be selected by HEC)

is this condition for business people as well........i think after completing PhD one has to serve in Pakistan whichever university one want.........as engineering program is offered in many universities

The Scholarship Title is "MS Leading to PHd program of Faculty Development for University of Engineering Sciences & Technologies" ...

hence I think HEC will decide where candidates who are selected and complete there education will serve

no HEC will not decide they get choice from you and it is mentioned in the ad that you have to serve for 5 year in public sector universities of Pakistan

No, you cant apply, only business education and Engineering categories are eligible.

is it mandatory to submit IELTS score while applying for the scholarship ? or it can be submitted afterwards ?

Default Problem in Online application
I have submitted online application for faculty development scholarships. I selected "Electronic Engineering" under discipline. But when I print the form, it shows "Geology/Geoscience" under the discipline. Similar problem occured with some of my other friends as well.
