I have been recommended by a professor at hanyang university. what are my chances to get the scholarship? Do HEC grant me scholarship or they can have some objections..?

and I had a discussion with Mr.Jamshaid Project Manager, he said "check the SKKU department and supervisor and send the name of department and professor to me and meanwhile you also tried to get the acceptance from professor. After that I will guide you further."
i received this mail on 24th of June

Brother I have got recommendation of Prof also but admission cell will decide about admission and further processing... I am hoping for better result. Have you submitted the documents before the deadlines?
