HEC will shortlist students for countries whichever they want?

In the advertisement it states "HEC will initiate the admission process" .. So not sure if we will select country or HEC will determine

I think HEC will select our country as option of choosing country is not given in form.

I have done BSCS and then MS in Systems Engineering but have no PEC registration, can I be eligible for PhD in systems engineering or not. If not then in which discipline We computer scientist can apply.... Have somebody idea about it...

As in the add its is mentioned that for all engineering fields PEC registration is compulsory, So i think you can apply in your related program only if you have PEC registration

I have applied for PEC registration in November but they still did not give me registration and lingering the process day by day. What should I do in this regard as PEC registration is mandatory.... :S

Dear, these scholarships are for faculty member of any university or anyone can apply for that? as I am Business graduate but not having job in University as teacher etc can I be eligible?
