University cant deduct 60000 because u got laptop from PM Scheme rather CM initiative. Provide them a copy of Laptop Policy decision which states about CM initiative. Get your laptop fund from university.

Yes I received funds as I told university that I will return laptop. this laptop is not worth 60,000/-

How are you guys getting lumpsum funds for two years? Is it in advance or for your completed period? In my university i literally have beg for funds and get signature of six officials of university which are at each corner of my wide spread university.. i am so depressed because of this scholarship now.

I have completed my masters this year but did not get admission into PHd and did not received my funds yet(will receive in 2 or 3 days according to HEC). I want to receive my funds of masters only as i am planning to do my PHD not from Pakistan. Is it possible? My scholarship is actually MS leading to PHD. Anyone?
