Default Authority Letter (HEC Degree Attestation)
Assalam o Alaikum

Hi, guys i need "Authority Letter" for degree attestation.
Because as per HEC

"In case of candidate's absence, he/she will produce an authority letter in his/her name which should be attested by a Grade-18 or above officer.
Copy of National I.D. Card of Authorized Person."
(copy paste i know )

I usually find these stuff easily by googling them. But i can't take the risk of being rejected as i am running out of time and i have to send my documents as quickly as possible to my friend in Lahore for attestation.

Waiting for a positive response.
