Did you get a nomination letter from Ministry of Inter Provincial Coordination or a call from them telling you about your nomination?

Before writing a study plan, give yourself enough time to research the institutions that have a part-funding agreement with the Commonwealth Scholarship Commission. You can find the list on the CSC's website.

Research the institutions for the courses that most appropriately suit your proposed study, and select those which fit well with your future career goals. While you are choosing the courses, list some of the reasons why you are preferring a particular course over others.

Once you have made your course choices, now you are in a good position to write a study plan. Start with stating your basic motivation to study your proposed course, then state the key things you were looking in a course and how you reached your course decisions. You should also include a statement of what you expect to learn from your proposed courses and how they match your learning objectives. You also need to state the specific modules and options within the course that you find interesting or you think will be useful. Finally, if you still haven't exceeded the word limit, you may state why you want to undertake your study in the UK..

Received the following email today

"Ministry of Inter Provincial Coordination has recently considered your application for a Commonwealth Scholarship Commission award in the UK. The Agency is sorry to inform you that you have not been successful. Unfortunately it has not been possible for the Agency to nominate for the next stage of the competition all the good applications it received.

This is an automated email. Please ignore if you have been informed by your Nominating Agency that you have been nominated to CSC for consideration of a Commonwealth Scholarship or Fellowship."

I am out in the first round ..sadsad

Also I can not check my application status on the EAS portal ..

Best of luck to all the remaining candidates

Default easy there

No need to be sad sad yet. That is an auto generated email and you should ignore it if you have gotten the letter from IPC. It is sent every year to all applicants because our beloved nominating agency submits its nominations on paper and not online. Sit tight till April.
