Hamza! It's right that the deadline stated for IELTS submission in the IPC nomination letter is 31 Jan, but if you read the CSC's prospectus carefully, you might come across a different deadline for IELTS submission and that's somewhere in March, as far as I remember. Now as per IPC's information, if we are contacted by the CSC itself, then I think we would be required to email them our test results.

I inquired from common wealth commission regarding reporting of IELTS results. They said that we need to send results to the following address

CSC Secretariat
20 Tavistock Square
London WC1H 9HF

Then I inquired from British Council on how to send results.

You can download the form from British council website.

You may use the registered mail process that is free of cost, if you are applying within one month of the test date. Normal delivery will take 20-30 days and its not reliable.

OR

You may use the DHL/FedEx services for which the fee payable for one additional TRF is PKR 1000/- courier charges (DHL). Kindly deposit the fee in any of the SCBs (Standard Chartered Bank) designated branches, details of which are available on British council website.

Attach the bank deposit receipt with the additional TRFs request and leave it in the drop box facility available at the SCB however, you may also choose your preferred method of posting the said application request.

Ipc told me to submit the original ielts result and an attested photocopy to them. They said they will forward the result to CSC and after this any correspondence will be directly from CSC. I am abiding by the deadline mentioned in the IPC letter (31st Jan) to be safe.

I can no longer access my online application. Does anyone else have a similar issue? A prompt reply would be appreciated.

I believe no one can access online application .. Someone mentioned that IPC sends application on paper form rather than online .. Maybe that is the reason

I don't think there is a quota once the applications are sent to UK.
secondly, has anyone sent their IELTS score to the commission yet? I still haven't got the chance to send my scores and I fear i'm running out of time

I have sent my IETLS score report through British Council using FEDEX option ( explained in my earlier post).

Using FEDEX tracking number provided to me by British Council, I checked and score report has been delivered. It took almost 7-10 days to process the request. So you should send your report ASAP.

Sorry for asking again and again
I went to standard chartered and they had no idea about TRF although that branch was in the british council. They had forms for ielts registration but had no idea about additional TRF
Umair bhai can you please explain step by step what should i do because its been more than a month since my ielts test and i think it will cost me to send TRFs now
