Future of Hec Scholarships

After the decision of lahore high court declaring gat invalid test for Hec scholarships, Hec has not announced any of its scholarship.can senior members elaborate whether hec scholarships will be provided in future and how Hec will grant Scholarships

LHC has not declared GAT General to be invalid; rather It has passed the direction to HEC to establish a national testing which has to be regulated under the umbrella of higher education commission, It is pertinent to mention here that NTS is a private Institution which has completely nothing to do with HEC regulations; rather It is totally an independent Institution which completely has It's own statutory rules, LHC contented that a national testing Institution be established which follows the rules designed and in compliance with HEC regulations; which in turn is a very good thing for all of us; furthermore LHC ordered that NTS tests (i-e; GAt general) in no means are invalid, rather; NTS can never bound any university or educational Institution to follow the tests conducted by it.
