Default Cultural Exchange Scholarship, Ministry of IPC - Monthly Stipend ?
Dear Friends,
[Those who are studying in China on Cultural Exchange Scholarship].

Ministry of IPC (Inter Provincial Coordination) is yet to provide us monthly stipend as well as reimburse the air ticket, however, no progress has been made in this regard. Is there any update???

Default Monthly stipend for scholars on Cultural Exchange Program of IPC
There is good news for students studying under Cultural Exchange Scholarship by IPC that the Planning Commission has approved in October, 2015 a project titled Subsidy to scholars abroad studying under cultural exchange program. Now scholars will start receiving stipend in the same manner as before especially studying in China. Everything will be ok in a couple of weeks.

What about those who have already finished the education?
Does IPC offer any job?
