Default Appearing in category B GAT general test, but applying for scholarships in category C

Someone kindly answer this question.

If some one has appeared in the GAT test of category B (social sciences), but he applies somewhere for Hec scholarships or Mphil admissions in physical sciences or GAT category C subjects (chemistry, physics etc.); will he become ineligible??????
