I signed up on HEC website long ago for my degree sttestation through an email id that has become invalid now (no more in my use). Now system is not registering me with same CNIC no.
I want to sign up with a new email id but I got a message that 'CNIC already exists', What should I do now?

Are 16 Yeas of education background students are eligible for France / Germany?

for 16 years France is available but not Germany. Like previous years candidates having 16 year education are left with little choice.only Turkey (4 uni),France (all public) and USA (UNM) and Thailand (AIT) is are available for Masters.
Getting Admission in UNM-USA is not an easy nut to crack (GRE,Toefl,SOP,VIsa etc)
Finding appropriate university in France is also difficult but admission chances are much higher. France is much expensive than all other options :-(
AIT has limited seats as per HEC criteria.So, we graduates head toward Turkey :-)

Yeh sb Dramy baazi hai tabhi jo 1800 scholorshi 4 batches main finsih ho jana chahye us ka 6th batch araha hai or pata nahi kb tk chalta rahy. Jeo Hec !!

No Engineering................. Man!!!!!! I am going to protest against them!!!

what are the basic requirements for this scholarship ? i did B.com(hon's), i have a gat with 56 marks ... should i apply ?
