what is c.t and just ssc,hssc,bachelor, master marks are evaluated

i contacted the said univeristy and they said gmat is must for admission.(for marketing) for finance and economics, gre international is required by university.they didnt mention about ielts if its mandatory or not.anyone else contacted university yet?

i am not sure yet. gmat is not easy thing to do plus im not sure about its cost of this test. alongside, I think ielts will also be required.
