You essentially need all the degrees.
Apply for them urgently.

By the end of July. Probably on 29th, 30th or 31st July.
Hope all of us succeed.
But don't know about the rejection rate. I heard last year only one candidate didn't receive any package. So, should we be happy now?

@Fahad
I've received an answer to my question at "travelchina.com". That answer is:
Hi, travel by land/rail is complicated and time-consuming. Anyway, here is the way for your reference:
go from Islamabad to Gilgit first. There you can catch an international bus to Kashgar. I remember the bus only is available on Mon. Wed. and Fri. The fare is around CNY400. Transfer to a train to Urumqi first. It takes around 20h and the fare is CNY160-304.5 for a hard sleeper and CNY434.5-476.5 for a soft sleeper. After that, change to another train to Beijing. It takes 32h or longer. The fare is CNY536 for a hard sleeper and CNY849 for a soft sleeper.*

For a faster way, it is suggested to directly fly to Urumqi first and then transfer to a flight to Beijing. The shorest travel time is no more than 8 hours.

The total fare from Islamabad to Beijing comes out to be PKR 25k. What do you say about it?

I think Kashgar bus departs from Sost and not from Gilgit. I think for fun and adventure as well as to explore the nothern areas of Pakistan OR in extreme circumstances going by road may be acceptable but not in other situations. For example Natco takes 22 hours for Islamabad to Hunza, after this long journey everyone will definitely like to take a day off because of tiredness. If you take these off days and its expenditure into account, you will easily spend much more than calculated.
I would not recommend you to travel by road, instead take the longest and cheapest flights which take around 22 hours (inclusive of 8 to 10 hours of layoff in between connections) in almost same budget.
