I was anxiously waiting for this scholarship. I want to know which way is better to apply for this scholarship? I mean Online or by Post?

I think apply by post is best option.

Somebody please tell what do I do. I am stuck in a situation.
I applied for my passport and when I received my passport it had first name field empty and my surname was filled with my name. let me tell you, when I was in school, an idiot clerk messed up my name. my name in all documents is just a single name, with no surname, no father's name or any other middle name. just like dxxxx thats all. all my document have that same name matric,inter, bachelor, master and nic. and now I dont know what do I do with my passport, this name of mine dxxxx is present in the surname and first name field is empty. I want to apply for foreign scholarship and this could create really messy problems for me especially while travelling from the airport
