French agency or french government whoever is involved in the process at least regional office staff is not authorize to finalize the list.That was the point brother I wanted to convey. And be careful in your statements whenever it made for general public. Because public is silently and unnoticeably reading and following your word. CSS forum is the public forum and especially for Hec scholarships it is the sole source of information exchange. A lots of people sitting in front of Computers blindly and without any further investigation not only follow but also propagate what they read here.

I think a full fledge research proposal is not needed in the interview for M2 or M1.i guess you are mixing research proposal with Statement of Purpose or letter of intention may be it is needed for direct pHd. you should differentiate between all these. for a matter of general concern sop may be 1 or 2 pages long Research proposal or synopsis of proposed research whatever you name it, is 10-15 pages long. you may attach the abstract of your proposed research that may be 2-3 paragrahps or one page long.
secondly,Research proposal is not ready-made document

every person has different research objectives/areas/depths/levels etc. By the way what is your proposed field of study ? i may help you in this regard.

I am not mixing anything just asking a research proposal to have an idea so that I can make one of my own. As asked by hec "ü Updated Research Proposal and Statement of Purpose " I already have statement of purpose, my field is International Relations.

In fact , research proposal is something hard to be developed in short span of time. you need to just identify the subfield and then refine it to the extent that it looks like a brief summary of your proposed research.you had better make a abstract/one page summary of that research topic instead of a full-fledged Proposal (intro,methodology, bibliography, literature review, general and specific objectives of study, chapterization scheme , etc )

Soon after the final recommendation by our partners, A language course will be organized by the HEC and after that visa process will take place. In case HEC has paid the dues pertaining to your language fee tuition fee etc. then it will be obligatory for scholar to join that institute offered by partner agency.

hec will give a chance of placement according to your credentials and preferences. I confirm this for Sind and Balochistan but for panjab and Kpk i am not sure if interviews are for placement purpose. however, i can infer that same opportunity will br provided to all awardees.
One advice : dont be in panic utilize your time in refining your research area so you can convey exact message to placement agency. This wil increase your chances for best placement.
