Thanks dear.
Same is the situation with me. I am also working in SNGPL and one month prior notice for resignation is the requirement here.
I think we should wait for a couple of weeks for submission of notice.

Dear to be on safer side we should submit the resignation notice in next week.
The recommendation letters are being issued and hopefully we will get get the same in couple of days.
Then establishment will contact us after security clearance.

How do you know that the recommendation letters are being issued? Did you get the recommendation letter?

I didn't receive it but most probably letters will be received in next week. I called KPPSC and they told me this information.

Default PMS 2013 Qualifiers
Dear All qualifiers of PMS 2013,

For the sake of convenience and sharing of information, i have created a Facebook group and What'sapp group. You can join these groups by contacting me on my email address (which is mentioned in my profile) and clearly stating your Facebook profile name and cell number. The motivation behind creating these groups was to notify all people about the up-comming events, since most of you couldn't get timely information from establishment department. The purpose of the group is to share/discuss different events/notifications related to PMS 2013.
