This is the whole merit. I couldnt summarize it for the rest of the candidates. But this is how given highest marks on top and so on. The top 9 can be considered as in open merit and the rest is evident there.

Brother it will not be so.... Because in Zone 3 you have allocated one person to merit then there must be 6 of the quota but the number shows 5 which mean in open merit there will not be the candidate of zone 3... please check

Yes you are right brother. What if a person in Zone 3 has 906 marks??? Is there any chance of allocation on waiting as the one in Zone 3 will be allocated to open merit seat... Please check it as one of our friend Mohsin Iqbal has scored 746 + 165...

You can check all these names who got allocation from zone-3 in the CE-2014 result. If any of them is allocated over there,then your friend has got a chance because the last guy selected from zone 3 is 908. He stands a fair chance.
