Is i am right??? For online application, the last date for submission of application is 16 May 2016.....

Yes you should send documents within 10 days

Dear check the last line on post no 24.
Last date to apply online is 6 may, one you done with online apply you get an online generated form, you sign it and attach required documents with it, then you have to send this set to kpkpsc within 10days of last date to apply i-e till 16

NBP in islamabad refused to take the fee saying it must be deposited in province's NBP. i thought the head of account mattered and not location of bank because if this is not the case then what is the use of online submission.
