I heard that there will b a screening test in july..is this true?

These rumors are always wandering if its CSS or PMS, one cannot say anything yet untill its officially announced.

Exam date depnds on how many candidates applied like it takes time to handle all issues and much higher number is appying on every new advertisement. PMS was announced last in 2013 and it ended process some months ago. There are many factors which influence the process speed so one cannot be sure. For further you can contact KPKPSC

Yes may b if its written in adverisment only government then you are eligible
