پشاور(وقائع نگار)پشاورہائی کورٹ نے صوبہ بھرمیں ٹی ایم اوز کی گریڈ17کی پوسٹوں کیلئے ہونے والے تحریری امتحان کوکالعدم قرار دینے کیلئے دائررٹ پر سیکرٹری لوکل گورنمنٹ سے جواب مانگ لیاہے پشاور ہائی کورٹ کے قائمقام چیف جسٹس وقاراحمد سیٹھ اور جسٹس مس مسرت ہلالی پرمشتمل ڈویژن بنچ نے یوسف شاہ وغیرہ کی جانب سے بوساطت زاہد اللہ زاہد ایڈوکیٹ دائردرخواست پر سماعت کی۔ درخواست گزاروں کے مطابق خیبر پختونخوا حکومت نے تحصیل میونسپل آفیسرز کی گریڈ17کی اسامیاں ایڈورٹائز کی تھیں، جس کیلئے31جنوری 2018 کو ٹیسٹ ہوا تاہم ٹیسٹ سے دوگھنٹے قبل اس کاپیپرآئوٹ ہواجبکہ امتحان کے دو قسم کے نتائج جاری ہوئے۔جبکہ مذکورہ اسامیوں کے لئے ایبٹ آباد ریجن میں دوبارہ ٹیسٹ بھی ہوا،ا لہٰذامذکورہ ٹیسٹ کالعدم قرار دیاجائے۔ عدالت نے رٹ کی ابتدائی سماعت کے بعد سیکرٹری لوکل گورنمنٹ سے جواب طلب کردیا ۔

Additionally, serial number(s) of positions are jumbled and complicated in merged advertisements. And result(s) are compiled with manipulation of serial number(s) while concealing associated serials; which considerably affects the transparency. Nothing should be perceived as 'co-incidence'.
