Problem in uploading picture to Kppsc profile.

I am trying to upload a profile picture but it won't work.The pic is way below than 40 kb.kindly suggest me any solution.

If you haven't done it already, try to reduce its dimensions. Mine is 189X243, 16KB.

Open ur pic in MS Paint, use 'resize' feature in Home tab. Reduce pixels.
