Default PMS announcement???
can someone tell me schedule for PMS exam? mean whats are the usual dates for its announcement?

PMS KP is advertised only when there are new vacancy summary sent by a particular department to commission... they do not have a particular schedule . so if there is vacancy then there will be pms that year or else no pms...
historically pms in 2008, 2011, 2013, 2016 and the latest one 2017 December.

and what do you think about PCS and PMS ?both are the same thing or there lie differences

1. no they are not .... pcs can be a job of bps(basic pay scale)17 or not but in PMS the grade will be 17 always.
2. a person recruited as Pms officer is called bureaucrat while the PCS officer are called technocrat.
3. PMS is written exam while pcs mcqs unless for promotion.
4. promotion of bureaucrat is faster than technocrat.

so means an unemployed can not apply for PCS? and what about DMS?
