They really need to be ignored because even if they are asking for documents then they should have announced it properly.How many candidates check their result after they have seen it once,hardly any.And yes may be its by defualt .

Here is the new notice uploaded by KPPSC:

For the PMS written portion of examination candidates are
required to upload their pictur e to online profile and verify
their optional papers from online profile. Provision of
testimonial’s copies shall be pr ovided by the candidates after
passing the written exam.

I have just called KPPSC and inquired about submission of documents. He replied that the said notification was issued by mistake; and that there was no need of document submission. I re-confirmed by asking him whether he was sure not to submit documents; and he replied that yes, he was sure.
So, I am not submitting documents at this stage.
