It's a good decision as many candidates will have some sort of convenience, they can perform good if they are near to their own homes.

My domicile district is Abbottabad but my hall is located in Peshawar.
Can anyone guide me what is the procedure to change exam centre.

I am also from Abbottabad and they have assigned me center here. How come they have given you Peshawar??

Ans. Yes, but with strong, convincing and genuine reasons. The criteria for genuineness is quite tough. So, to be honest, don't try it and accept and prepare.

Not a good decision at all. Should've allotted roll no.s according to the CURRENT ADDRESS; because it means "currently" this person lives here.
Imprudent decision in my opinion.
