I just learned that Interview would take time but before that there will be psychological assessment. Anyone having any idea about that?

Pms follows the same process as that of css.
First medical examination
Second psychological assessment
Third Viva voice

Posting here after a long time. Qualified yet again Alhamdulillah! Psychological Assessment (Written and Oral) and then Viva voce and then result declaration are the next steps. Congratulations to those who qualified, commiseration to those who couldn't.

You probably have gone through this process before. Can you give a little details about psychological assessment and viva voice. I mean how one has to prepare for it. What type of questions they ask? And when should they be expected? It's my first time of any competitive exam so I have no idea how things work.
P.S:Congratulations!

Well! Nothing out of the way! In psyhological written test you have to express the real you, word association, TAT, sentence completion etc. You can get the idea of it from any ISSB book. Then there is group discussion where you're given a topic and you have to participate and more importantly let others participate as well. After that there is a brief psychological interview where you're asked about yourself, weaknesses and all.
Interview is like an open discussion, steered by your knowledge and insight with a touch of your optional subjects. I scored 200 in interview in PMS 2016 by the way.
