Whats the pattern of psychological test? Erudite candidates are requested to comment.
There is a free seminar in KIPS tomorrow regarding the whole procedure. 1st session 5-6:30 , 2nd session from 6:30 onwards
Candidates who appeared in Psychological Written Test for the post of PMSO are requested to cast light on it sharing their experience, which I think would be of great help for us.
They say psychological test is general and more like personality test which check whether you are suitable for the job or not. It may be mcqs based or true false. One time candidates were asked to draw a human figure. Sometimes they give you a situation and ask you how you would handle it. So I dont think it needs any specific preparation. Though it would be helpful if any senior candidate can share their experience.
P.S: When will be group discussion? |
